🎯 Mission

To take every high-quality domestic medical product from China to global markets.

🌍 Vision

Aligned with UN SDG target 3.8 β€” achieve Universal Health Coverage, so everyone has access to safe, effective, quality and affordable essential medicines and vaccines.

🀝 Culture

"When the world is unwell, Qiyang brings the cure" β€” a reliable partner for Chinese healthcare going global.

WHO WE ARE

An overseas expansion service provider focused on global reimbursement access

Qiyang Medical Group began validating its approach in 2022 and formally established operations in Suzhou Industrial Park in June 2026. The company focuses on overseas reimbursement market access, providing domestic pharma and medical-device companies full-chain overseas services covering market-access pathway analysis, government tendering, and pricing & negotiation support.

Facing the industry's core challenge β€” "China has the world's second-largest generic capacity yet lacks health-economic evidence to enter overseas reimbursement systems" β€” Qiyang uses health-economic evidence and local execution to bridge the gap between manufacturing capability and overseas reimbursement listing.

The group is driven by two founding tracks: one focused on pharmaceutical overseas expansion & global reimbursement access, the other building the Qiyang No.1 / No.2 / No.3 digital product lines (health management, medical-economics SaaS, and a global HTA platform), linking health-economics methodology across both services and products. See our founding team.

Our approach: translating a company's commercial ask into the language of overseas government goals (SDG 3.8 / Universal Health Coverage), connecting China's supply capacity with the global access gap.

Strategic direction

  • Fill the gap left by traditional consultancies in links 4–5 of the chain (market access, reimbursement negotiation).
  • Build on HTA, covering evidence β†’ access/registration β†’ reimbursement negotiation β†’ commercialization.
  • Offer Chinese pharma a "low upfront cost, results-based" path overseas.

Five tactics

  • Evidence Β· AI-driven automated evidence systems
  • Market access Β· localized full-process access support
  • Commercialization Β· phased rights sale & ongoing operation
  • Resource integration Β· global expert network & strategic partnerships
  • Pricing Β· health-economics-driven precision pricing
FULL-CHAIN SERVICE

Core business covering the full overseas chain

Own the complete loop from evidence generation to commercialization β€” so the old dilemma of "a report with no one to execute it" no longer applies.

Ongoing Maintenance

Listing maintenance & long-term access

Filling the "missing links": traditional consultancies fall short in market access and reimbursement negotiation β€” clients often get an HTA report and then "hit a wall". Qiyang's specialists deliver localized CEA/BIA modelling, ICER threshold analysis and budget-impact simulation, and handle dossier preparation and expert defense β€” accurate, fast and effective.

GROUP STRUCTURE

Business model: subsidiaries built around business lines

Qiyang structures the group around "one business line, one operating entity" β€” professional subsidiaries for different businesses and target markets give overseas services real, executable, on-the-ground delivery rather than remote support from a parent office.

How it fits together

Group HQ centrally provides methodology and resources; each subsidiary independently carries access, tendering, negotiation and commercialization by business/region, delivered through local partner networks (Middle East Bridge, Thailand HITAP, etc.).

WHY NOW

Where policy and demand meet β€” a historic window

UN SDG 3.8 (Universal Health Coverage), WHO's "three billion" workplan, and Healthy China 2030 β€” global health agendas are moving in step with China's healthcare upgrade, releasing sustained policy tailwind for going global.

  • ~1/3 of the world lacks access to essential medicines; lower/middle-income countries carry ~90% of disease burden.
  • Chinese pharma exports have long stayed at 1%–2% of total exports β€” supply capacity is far from becoming global access.
  • Speaking the language of overseas governments' SDG goals is becoming the key that opens access.

POSITIONING

Why Qiyang: another option at the same decision point

Industry playerTypical capability & boundaryDifference from Qiyang
CRO / CDMOContract R&D and manufacturing β€” focused on R&D/production, no market access or commercialization.Qiyang focuses on overseas market access β€” a different decision point, not R&D/manufacturing.
Regulatory consultancyRegistration and regulatory compliance; stops at approval, no reimbursement or commercialization.Qiyang adds health-economic evidence and reimbursement negotiation beyond registration.
Distributor / wholesalerLocal distribution and sales β€” needs already-approved products, no upstream evidence generation.Qiyang engages from the evidence-generation end, not just distribution.
Traditional consultancyMarket research and strategy reports β€” no end-to-end execution, output is only advice.Qiyang takes on execution and is paid on sales results.
Private equity / licensingProduct licensing and equity investment β€” often requires transferring product rights.Qiyang does not take equity; producers keep product ownership.

Qiyang's distinct position: end-to-end execution (evidence β†’ registration β†’ reimbursement β†’ commercialization) Β· no equity transfer (producers keep ownership and 40% of ex-factory supply revenue) Β· results-based pay (revenue share; Qiyang profits only when products actually sell) Β· HTA core capability (health-economic evidence recognized by government bodies such as Thailand HITAP).
